Beginning January 1, 2019 a new law makes it mandatory for condo, townhome, and residential homeowners associations to have a written policy for resolving residents’ complaints.
The Crystal Lake Townhome Association board has put this policy in place. Whether a complaint is reported to the board in person, by phone, email or mail, the board will record the issue and keep track of the steps taken to resolve the problem. All complaints and their resolutions will then be kept in a database.
