Complaint Form

Illinois law required homeowners associations to keep written records of complaints filed and their resolution. Please DO NOT call board members. Next Residents’ Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 7 to 8pm at the Frankfort Village Hall, 432 W Nebraska St. Frankfort, IL 60423.

SPECIAL NOTE: due to the increasing amount of roof leaks and the occurrence of black mold in some of the residences, the board will request that each residence vote to have the new roofs and gutters installed this year in the spring of 2024. Reminder…only one vote per residence.

Association monthly assessment fee remains at $275 per month for 2024. . Payments are due at the first of the month and will incur a fine of $25 if postmarked after the 15th of the month. Assessments can also be paid in advance.
