Crystal Lake Townhome Association 5-03-23 Residents’ Meeting Minutes

The Crystal Lake Townhome Association held the semi-annual Residents Meeting on Wednesday , May 3, 2023. At this meeting the residents approved the motion to have all roofs replaced in early 2026.

The projected estimate for the roof special assessment will be approximately $7,500. This amount will change as the contractors’ bids will be taken. The assessment will be due no later than December 31, 2025. Please read the attached meeting minutes for complete details/ Click on the link below.
