Assessment Dues: The dues will remain at $200 per month for 2018.
Assessments MUST be mailed to the Crystal Lake Townhome Association address at 20147 Crystal Lake Way. Hand delivered dues will not be accepted.
The due date for assessments is the 1st of every month. A late fee of $25 will apply to dues not postmarked by the 15th of the month.
For your convenience, assessment dues paid in advance are always happily received. Residents may pay monthly, every two months, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
Reminder: The Village of Frankfort will tow any cars parked on the street when there is 2″ or more of snow.
Crystal Lake Townhome Association will also tow cars parked in the turnarounds after 2″ of snow.
