Some Points to Remember

Assessment checks MUST be sent to the Crystal Lake Way Townhome Association mailbox at 20147 Crystal Lake Way. Please DO NOT hand checks to individuals. Hand delivered checks will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Please contact the Board via the CLTH email or mailing address when you have a request or need official documents. Contacting individual board members or non-board members only slows down your request.

Village of Frankfort Regulations require that garbage cans cannot be put out before 6:00 pm the night before pickup date. Fines can be issued for violations.

Winter parking reminder: there is no parking in the turnarounds when there is snowfall of 2 or more inches. Cars blocking the snow plows will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Holiday Decorations Reminder: December holiday decorations may be put up after Thanksgiving and should be down by the end of January*(weather permitting). All other holiday decorations may be put up no more than 2 weeks prior to and must be taken down by 2 weeks after the holiday.
